1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the telovendo online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our other published policies, including our returns and privacy terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time; the version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

All contracts formed through our online store are concluded directly with telovendo at the address above. Please use the contact details provided if you have any questions about an order, these Terms, or any of our policies.

3. Products and Prices

The products displayed in our online store, together with their descriptions and images, do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components applicable at the time of purchase. Applicable shipping costs, if any, are clearly shown during checkout before you confirm and submit your order, so you always know the full cost before completing your purchase.

4. Placing an Order — Conclusion of Contract

Ordering through our store follows these steps:

  1. You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. You proceed to checkout, where you enter your delivery and payment details and can review your order in full, including item prices, applicable shipping costs, and the total amount due.
  3. By clicking the order or "buy" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart on the terms shown at checkout.
  4. You will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation email does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer.
  5. A contract is only concluded once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Where we are unable to accept an order, we will inform you promptly and, if payment has already been taken, issue a full refund without undue delay.

5. Payment Methods and Terms

We accept the following payment methods, which will be presented to you at checkout:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Depending on the payment method selected, your payment provider may authorize or charge your account at the time you place the order. All prices are payable in Euros (EUR).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Spain. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout falls within one of these regions, as we are unable to fulfil orders to other destinations at this time.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days of the contract being concluded. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates; any order-specific estimates shown at checkout or in your confirmation email take precedence.

Shipping is currently offered free of charge on eligible orders within our service regions. Any shipping costs that may apply to a specific order will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery, except where you are a consumer, in which case risk passes upon delivery to you or to a third party designated by you other than the carrier, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until full payment has been received, you may not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in any way that would prejudice our ownership rights.

8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Consumers benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal, and we additionally offer a return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order. Full details on how to initiate a return, eligibility requirements, and the withdrawal procedure are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms.

Where a return is accepted, return shipping costs are covered by us — you will not be charged for sending the item back. As an alternative to a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal value, where available.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

9. Warranty

In addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected by these Terms, products purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, covering defects present at the time of delivery in accordance with applicable law. If you believe a product you have purchased is defective, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not currently willing to do so; however, you remain free to contact us directly with any concerns at the email address or phone number listed in Section 2.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the invalid provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose.
