Overview

This Warranty Policy explains the guarantees that apply to products purchased from telovendo, including your statutory rights as a consumer and any additional manufacturer warranty offered on our products. It also explains how to report a fault and what happens after you contact us.

Statutory Warranty

All goods sold through our store are covered by the statutory warranty for defects, as provided under applicable consumer protection law. If an item you purchased is faulty or does not conform to what was agreed at the time of sale, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or replacement of the item and, where the law allows, a price reduction or a refund. This statutory warranty exists independently of any manufacturer warranty and is not reduced or replaced by it.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, it applies for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty is provided on top of, and does not limit, your statutory rights as described above. How to Report a Fault

If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. To report a fault:

  2. Describe the fault as precisely as possible, including when it appeared and how it affects the use of the product.
  3. Include your order number so we can quickly locate your purchase.
  4. Where possible, attach photos or a short video clearly showing the defect.

Once we receive your report, we will review the information provided and get back to you promptly to agree on the appropriate remedy, whether that is a repair, a replacement, or another solution consistent with your statutory rights.
