All plants are safely secured in specialized thermo-insulated plant boxes with protective moss/substrate wrap to prevent root disturbance and foliage damage during transit.

2. What is your delivery timeframe?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Express courier transit takes between 3 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your shipment is dispatched.

3. What if my plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 100% Healthy Arrival Guarantee. If your plant suffers transit shock or severe damage, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery to contact@telovendo.site, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
